Affiliate Terms

Commission

You earn 20% of the merchant's paid subscription fee for 12 months after they start a paid plan. Commission is paid on paid subscriptions only. Free plans, trials, refunds and reversed payments do not earn commission. Commission on refunded or reversed payments is removed.

Attribution

Your referral link sets a referral that lasts 90 days. If the merchant installs the app within that window and starts a paid plan, the referral is attributed to you. If two affiliates referred the same merchant, the most recent valid click within the window gets the credit. Self-referrals are not eligible.

Payouts

Commission becomes payable 30 days after the merchant's payment clears. We pay monthly by PayPal or bank transfer in USD once your balance reaches $50.

Approval

Applications are reviewed. We aim to approve within 2 business days. We may refuse or close an account that breaks these terms.

Disclosure

You must disclose the affiliate relationship clearly wherever you share your link, including in the US, UK, EU and Australia. A sample line: "I earn a commission if you subscribe through this link."

App Store reviews

Reviews must be genuine. Do not offer a reward, discount or payment in exchange for an App Store review. Shopify restricts this.

Prohibited

• Bidding on ShopStack or our app names in paid search
• Cookie stuffing
• Self-referrals
• Fake installs
• Misleading claims about the apps
• Spam
• Offering rewards in exchange for App Store reviews
• Paid or incentivised App Store reviews of any kind
