ShopStack Affiliate Program Policy

This Program Policy explains how the ShopStack Affiliate Program works day to day. Commercial numbers (rates, minimums, windows) are controlled in Program settings and may change; the live values always appear on your Program page in the affiliate portal.
How you earn
- Share your unique referral link (or short alias) for a ShopStack app.
- A merchant clicks within the attribution window and installs.
- When they start a paid plan, commission line items appear under Earnings after sync.
- After the holdback period, Available lines can be included in a payout request (subject to the minimum payout).
- Finance creates an invoice; you are paid via the published payout methods once the invoice is marked paid.
Commission schedule (default)
- Months 1–12 after first paid charge: intro rate (default 25%)
- Month 13+ onwards: ongoing rate (default 10%) for as long as the merchant stays on a paid plan
Your dashboard may show a personal commission percentage used for calculations; Admin can set a custom rate for your account when needed.
Other defaults published in Program settings: 90-day attribution, 30-day holdback after a successful paid charge, $250 minimum payout, monthly payouts via bank transfer.
Quality and reviews
We may decline or void commissions for stores that do not meet Acceptable Shopify Store criteria, refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or self-referrals. Full store criteria and prohibited practices are in the Terms & Conditions.
Communication
Use Messages in the portal for approval questions, attribution issues, and payout details. Do not share passwords with staff.
Privacy
We process your account data (name, email, referral activity, payout records) to run the program. See the ShopStack Privacy Policy for general website privacy. Payout payment details you share in Messages are used only for paying you.
