From idea to launch

Five phases with a named owner and a weekly update. You see a staging store before anything goes live, not a surprise on launch day.

Discovery & Strategy

We audit your current store or platform, map goals and constraints, and agree a roadmap before a line of theme code is written.

Phase 02 · Weeks 2–3

UX/UI Design

Wireframes and high-fidelity designs for the pages that move revenue, collection, product, cart, and checkout, reviewed with you before build.

Phase 03 · Weeks 3–8

Development & Integration

Theme, apps, and third-party systems built against the approved designs. Staging store shared so you can click through real products, not mockups.

Phase 04 · Final week before launch

Testing & QA

Cross-browser and device checks, performance audit, accessibility pass, and data validation on staging before anything goes live.

Phase 05 · Cutover + 2 weeks hypercare

Launch & Growth

Redirects, apps, and payments verified on launch day. We stay on the store for two weeks after go-live, then hand over or move into a retainer.

Luxury Resale

Heathen

Heathen is a Warsaw boutique for authenticated designer resale—Acne, The Row, and similar high-AOV pieces. Magento was the stack, and it was leaking sales: category and product pages were too slow for a luxury catalog, images were heavy and unoptimised, variants were unreliable, and cart, checkout, and payment methods kept failing. A high-AOV buyer will not retry a broken Magento checkout. Magento-era load timings were not retained as a published baseline, so we do not invent a before/after seconds claim here.
