You get a timeline, a staging store and regular updates. After launch, we provide two weeks of hypercare, then hand over or move into a retainer.

What working with us looks like
Time zones
We work from Auckland (NZST/NZDT, UTC+12/+13). We overlap live with Australia and Asia, and work as a follow-the-sun handover for Europe and the US: you brief us at the end of your day and find progress waiting when you start.
Communication
A shared Slack or email channel, weekly updates, and one named project lead. Blockers get a same-business-day reply.
Confidentiality
We sign an NDA on request. In white-label work we stay invisible to the merchant unless you decide otherwise. We do not approach your client directly.
Ownership
You and your client own the store, code and assets. We hand over documented code in a repository you control.
Quality
Every build goes through staged QA on a development store before launch: cross-browser and device checks, a performance audit, an accessibility pass, and a checklist signed off with you.
After launch
We stay on the store for two weeks after go-live. Then we hand over or move into a support retainer, using the same channel as the build.

Frequently asked questions
Is this an affiliate programme with commission slabs?
No. Shopify projects are scoped work, so we agree a commercial model with each partner and put it in writing before we start.
Do you publish a referral percentage?
No. Terms depend on the type and size of the work, so we agree them per partnership.
Will you contact my client directly?
No. We confirm conflict checks and intro rules in writing, and we only work with your merchant within the agreed arrangement.
Can you work under our brand?
Yes. In white-label work your agency stays on the invoice and in the client channel. Whether the merchant knows about us is your call.
Who owns the code and the store?
You and your client do. We hand over documented code in a repository you control.

How do you charge?
