The problem

Unique Wholefood is a Sydney organic grocer with shops in Leichhardt and Crows Nest. Grocery is logistics: if click & collect and delivery zones are missing, the catalog cannot fulfil the way Sydney shoppers actually buy — and a lookbook theme will not save it.

What we built

A Shopify grocery storefront with click & collect for both locations, delivery against real zones, and a catalog structured for weekly replenishment rather than one-off gift orders.
