The problem

Timberland needed an official New Zealand store for boots, shoes, and apparel that could carry a global brand without looking like a logo dropped on a multi-brand theme. Local collections, rewards, and omnichannel checkout had to work for a NZ team — not wait on a platform vendor overseas.

What we built

A custom Shopify storefront for timberland.co.nz: footwear and apparel collection architecture, seasonal merchandising, rewards, and checkout prepared for omnichannel flows so Auckland operations can run the catalog day to day.
