Heathen Magento to Shopify Migration

The problem

Heathen is a Warsaw boutique for authenticated designer resale, Acne, The Row, and similar. The store ran on Magento, and it was leaking sales: pages were slow, images were heavy and unoptimised, products and variants were unreliable, and cart, checkout, and payment methods kept failing. A high-AOV buyer will not wait on a broken Magento checkout.

What we built

We migrated Heathen from Magento to Shopify: catalog, variants, and customers onto a new storefront. Images were rebuilt for the web. Cart, checkout, and payment methods were re-wired on Shopify Checkout so a designer piece can complete as an order, then the theme was cut for editorial resale, not a Magento leftover.
