By accessing ShopStack's website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
2. Services
ShopStack provides Shopify development, consulting, and software products including apps published on the Shopify App Store. ShopStack is a specialized Shopify division of Magemen. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in separate statements of work or app subscription terms.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom work product ownership and licensing terms will be specified in your project contract. Website content, branding, and proprietary tools remain the property of ShopStack.
4. Shopify Apps
Use of our Shopify apps is subject to Shopify's terms and the pricing plan you select on the Shopify App Store. Billing, cancellations, and refunds follow Shopify's app billing policies.
5. Limitation of Liability
ShopStack provides services on an "as is" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.
